Wonderful stay at Cersen Resort during our work & leisure trip to Lombok. For 3 nights 4 days we enjoy morning walk up and down the hilly track with beautiful view, followed with pleasant breakfast overlooking the thousand years old Bat Cave... amazing geological site. And at the end of a long working day, driving back & entering the green, exotic resort is so calming. Thank you for all the helpful and smiley staff for going the extra miles for us. We look forward for the management to upgrade the amenities so our stay can be even more comfortable 🦇🦇🦇

It would have been perfect if the rooms were in better condition. There are small holes in the floorboards. The cleaning is impeccable, and the staff is nothing to complain about! Very friendly.

Super helpful staff!!! (They got us a scooter and booked our return flight from Lombok to Bali), very good breakfast, and an excellent location for visiting the southern part of the island, both east and west. The rooms (at least ours) are a downside, as the building (especially the bathrooms) could use a lot of maintenance. The pool isn't suitable for swimming. The bat cave inside the resort is beautiful!!!

Stayed here for 4 days. It’s an amazing place 10 minutes out of Kuta. Special thing about this place is the incredible help full and friendly stuff. They provided us information, welcome drinks and were 24/7 available. On my last day I hurt my leg and they were doing all to help me. A big thanks!

Wow! We stayed at cersen resort for more than two weeks. The staff were very friendly and nice, the place feel like home and the rooms are wonderful and clean. I highly recommend to stay here if you come to kuta!

Lovely staff. Mus, Tomy and staff went above and beyond to help is with whatever we needed. I’m thankful for every smile they brought me. It feels like in a few days we became a family. The property was kind of empty and in need of maintenance. Rooms and AC are not the best but considering its price it was all good. Swimming pool was not clean so we did not use it… unfortunately. Amazing bed mattresses… so comfy❤️ Those are just details. Overall we know that we’ll keep lovely memories of the people, mainly…. Thank you Cersen team, we truly loved meeting you.

A very nice place to stay in Lombok. Not in the center of Kuta, but also not too far. The room is very pretty and big. Nice pool and good breakfast. The staff is amazing and helpful! They have an amazing cave where you can explore and tourists come to see the bats in the evening. We also conducted an archaeological field school here. We found that the cave has an archaeological potential and has a remnant of human habitation during prehistory. We hope to share the findings with the local people soon!
